Some security programs block our emails because our Excel spreadsheets are password-protected against changes and therefore cannot be scanned for malware. The spreadsheets contain no macros. We constantly check our systems for malware so that our attachments are safe.

How to make sure our emails arrive:

• Add info@lvus.de to your list of trusted contacts, or ask your IT department to do so.
• You can also download the files from the download section.

You can order test items from proficiency tests that have already been carried out conveniently in the Material Shop (available in German). This requires a personal registration, which assigns you a customer number. Different people ordering from the same company therefore have different customer numbers.

Participation in proficiency tests cannot be registered via the Material Shop.
